Okara
Hi,
I am your CMO.
I will work with you to grow your product across social and organic channels. I am not coming alone. I have a team of experts to help you crack Reddit, LinkedIn, and X on the social side, and SEO, GEO, backlinking, and articles on the organic side. I will introduce you to each one over the next few days and show you how to get the best out of us.
In the meantime, since you joined Okara, I have done a few things to set the pace.
I read your website end to end. I mapped your competitive landscape. I learned your brand voice. I drafted a marketing strategy for your business. And I ran a full technical audit of your site. All of it is on your dashboard right now.
Review the documents when you have a moment. If anything looks off, edit it. These docs are the foundation for everything coming next, so the foundation needs to be right.
Go to Dashboard Over the next seven days, I will get the full system live across four fronts: your data foundation, your publishing engine, your social presence, and your community presence. I will walk you through each one as we go.
Today I am introducing you to two of the most important agents on your team. The SEO Agent and the GEO Agent.
The SEO Agent gets you ranked on Google, Bing, and Brave etc. The GEO Agent gets you cited by ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Grok. Together, they cover every place a customer looks for what you sell.
For them to work, I need data. Connect Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Connect GA and GSC Once connected, both agents stop working from a snapshot and start working from your real traffic. They will audit your site, identify what to fix, and track which fixes move the needle as you ship them.
We just shipped the UGC Agent. And a lot more. Hey - Fatima here.
I want to tell you about something we have been working on for a while. UGC is one of the highest-converting formats for any SaaS product right now. But producing good UGC takes time, a creator, a brief, back and forth edits, and usually a budget that early stage teams don’t have.
So we built an agent for it. It reads your product context, understands what you are selling and who you are selling it to, and creates high quality video scripts designed to convert. No generic templates. Content that actually sounds like it is about your product, because it is.
It is live for all paid users today. Here is everything we shipped this week.
Have you ever heard of a CMO that can code?
Me neither.
Your CMO does.
I want to introduce you to the Coding Agent. It is the part of me that ships.
In the last email, I introduced you to the SEO and GEO Agents. They audit your site and find every technical issue holding you back. The question is who fixes them. Your developer, or my Coding Agent.
The Coding Agent has a full 360 view of your product through me. It knows your codebase, your strategy, and the issues that matter. Connect your GitHub once, and it goes to work.
Here is how it runs. Open your Action Feed. Pick any SEO or GEO issue from the list. Click Fix it. The Coding Agent runs on your codebase, writes the change, and opens a pull request for your approval. You read the diff, click merge, and the issue is gone. Safe, reviewed, and shipped.
Connect GitHub This is the first time strategy, discovery, and execution sit inside the same agent. I find what is broken. I decide what to fix first. Then I fix it.
Most founders ship one technical SEO fix a quarter, if they are lucky. With this, you ship one a day, every day, without pulling anyone off your roadmap.
Let’s get to it.
We have covered the SEO Agent, the GEO Agent, and the Coding Agent. The next one in line is the Writer Agent. The organic growth team is coming together.
Search is the only marketing channel that works while you sleep, scales without your attention, and compounds over years. The sites that win on search are the sites that publish. Consistently, on the right topics.
Most founders know this. Almost none of them do it. Writing is the kind of work that always loses to whatever else is on fire.
So I have an Article Agent that does the writing for you. Every draft is optimized for SEO and GEO, written for the people looking for what your product solves, and tuned to your voice. I get the right articles in front of the right readers.
The drafts are already written. Real articles, for your business, in your voice, are sitting in your Feed. To get them live, you need to connect your CMS. Once you do, everything auto-publishes from there.
This is the channel that pays you for years. Let’s start building it.
We are moving from organic to social. First up, the Reddit Agent.
Reddit is the hardest social platform to crack and the most rewarding when you do. AI models ingest Reddit content into their recommendations. Search engines weigh Reddit threads heavily. A good reply on the right thread compounds across both.
Right now, someone on Reddit is asking the exact question your product answers. Someone else is complaining about your competitor and looking for an alternative. The replies so far are, generously, not great.
You are not in any of those threads. They are talking about you whether you show up or not.
The Reddit Agent does the unglamorous work for you. It watches the subreddits where your customers hang out, scores every thread for relevance, and surfaces the two best opportunities in your Feed every day. It also drafts the reply for each one.
Open your Reddit Feed
After Reddit comes LinkedIn. A lot of social platforms have risen and fallen in our lifetimes. LinkedIn is the only one that has stayed the best place for professionals.
Search finds you when someone is looking. LinkedIn finds you when nobody is.
That is the part most founders miss. Customers do not bet on a single moment. They bet on a line of moments. The founder who shows up in someone’s feed every Tuesday becomes the person they remember when they are switching tools or giving a friend a recommendation.
That is where the LinkedIn Agent comes in.
While you are in the trenches, shipping the feature, fixing the bug, closing the deal, talking to the customer who emailed at 11pm, the LinkedIn Agent documents your journey. It drafts posts in your voice about your real product and your real story. Posts worth posting.
The drafts are already written. Connect your account, review them, and post. Every post is one more reason for someone to remember you when they need what you build.
Two months ago, the four of us were refreshing the dashboard to see if anyone would sign up.
Today Okara has thousands of paying customers and a roadmap longer than we have hours in a day. And the only goal we are chasing is customer love.
When we first thought about Okara AI CMO ↑ Mid 2025. Before Okara AI CMO had a name.
Before Okara AI CMO even had a name, I was tinkering with this same idea as a side hustle. I almost called it Grow That Idea. It was scrappy, half-built, and probably would have stayed that way. Instead it became this.
what shipped in 4 weeks
→ Multi-seat CMO plans for small teams and agencies → Coding agent that auto-fixes SEO and GEO issues across major CMS platforms → Free GEO analytics with 10+ prompt tracking → Upgraded SEO agent that classifies keywords by funnel stage (TOF / MOF / BOF) → Deeper site analytics so customers can actually read their own data → UGC agent that turns product context into high-converting video → Launched our first growth accelerator for early stage products
The Okara team ↑ the four of us. still refreshing dashboards, just for different reasons now.
the lesson from 60 days
When you ship the right thing, you don’t have to convince anyone. Customers just show up and tell their friends.
After Reddit and LinkedIn comes X. If you are building a tech or tech-enabled product, you have a real shot at saying something that hits a chord with millions of people.
The goal here is not virality. The goal is consistency. But if you are consistent, virality follows.
In March, we launched Okara CMO with one post on X. Ten minutes to write. A genuine launch post. Clean, simple story, no ad spend.
It is sitting at 13M impressions and brought in more users than three months of paid acquisition.
That is what X can do. One post hits the right note, and your product lands in front of more eyes than a year of grinding could ever reach.
The X Agent keeps you in the game. Every day it reads what is resonating in your niche, drafts a post grounded in your product and your point of view, and queues it in your Feed. You read it, hit post, move on with your day.
The next post that breaks out is already in someone’s drafts. The only question is whether it is yours.
Hey Everyone,
Google Lighthouse just added llms.txt as an official audit under its new Agentic Browsing category. Here is the official documentation. So the debate around whether you need this file is pretty much settled. You should have it.
llms.txt is a simple Markdown file you place at the root of your website — yourwebsite.com/llms.txt — that tells AI agents what your site is about, what pages matter, and how to navigate it. Think of it like robots.txt but built for AI. Without it, agents have to crawl your whole site just to understand its structure. With it, they get straight to the point.
Lighthouse currently marks it as optional if missing, but flags a server error if the file is broken.
We researched this deeply and built a free tool that generates it for you in 30 seconds. Enter your URL, it reads your site and writes the file. You copy it, drop it at your root, done.
Generate your llms.txt here - it is free
We care deeply about this community. You trusted us with your growth and we take that seriously. That is why we want you to be the first to know about things like this and not wait until everyone else has already done it.
Do it today. Your future self will thank you.
